What does “with the mother” mean?
The mother is the cloudy strands of proteins, enzymes and bacteria that form during fermentation of apple cider vinegar. Filtered vinegars have it removed; ours is made with it.
Do I have to be on a keto diet?
No. The gummies are suitable for a keto diet, but they are simply a daily apple cider vinegar supplement — no particular diet required.
Is it really sugar free?
