How we pick
Four things we decided not to compromise on
We make a small number of gummies rather than a catalogue. That means every decision below applies to everything we sell — there is no premium line and no budget line.
- We publish the elemental number. A label reading “600 mg magnesium glycinate” sounds larger than one reading “100 mg magnesium” — but the second is the amount of magnesium your body is actually being offered. We print both, and we lead with the honest one.
- Two forms where one would do. Our magnesium gummies use glycinate and citrate together rather than the cheapest single form. The split is on the label: 600 mg glycinate plus 200 mg citrate.
- Sugar free means sugar free — and we say what replaces it. Our panels read 0 g total sugars. The sweetness comes from sugar alcohols, and we name them rather than hiding behind the phrase.
- Made in a GMP certified facility. Good Manufacturing Practice standards cover how a supplement is actually produced, batch after batch.
What we don’t do
Claims we won’t make
We don’t promise weight loss. We don’t quote percentages we can’t point to a source for. We don’t describe our gummies as treating anything — they are food supplements, and the law is clear about what that means. If a claim reads too good to be true on a supplement label, it usually is.*
