Description

Why this one

Magnesium that doesn’t feel like a chore

Most people meet magnesium as a horse-sized tablet or a gritty powder. This is neither. Two soft gummies carry 100 mg of elemental magnesium — drawn from two different forms, because they behave differently — alongside ashwagandha, zinc, vitamin C and beetroot.

Dark, jammy cherry — the closest thing to a bedtime treat that still counts as a supplement.

The magnesium

Two forms, on purpose

600 mg Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid.

200 mg Magnesium Malate

Magnesium bound to malic acid, added alongside the glycinate.

600 mg glycinate + 200 mg malate ≈ 100 mg elemental magnesium per serving. We list the elemental figure because that is the number that actually counts — some labels quote only the compound weight, which reads far larger than it is.

Why this form

Glycinate, malate, oxide — the form decides everything

Two bottles can both say “magnesium” on the front and give you quite different things. What the magnesium is bound to changes how much of that label number is actually available to you, and how the rest of it sits with you.

Magnesium oxide — the cheap one

Oxide is what most bargain supplements use. It is a high percentage of magnesium by weight, so a small tablet can print a big number on the front of the bottle. The catch is on the other side of the equation: comparatively little of it is absorbed, and the portion that isn’t is why oxide has a reputation for being rough going at higher doses.

Magnesium glycinate — what we lead with

Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid. It is the form people tend to land on after trying something harsher, and it is the reason this is a gummy you can take in the evening without thinking twice about it. We use 600 mg.

Magnesium malate — the 200 mg alongside

Malate is magnesium bound to malic acid, and it is well absorbed. We add it alongside the glycinate rather than instead of it — 200 mg, for a second route in.

Which is why the only figure worth comparing across bottles is the elemental one. Ours is 100 mg per two-gummy serving. A label quoting 600 mg or 800 mg is quoting compound weight — those are not the same number, and the difference is not small.*

Everything else in there

Four supporting ingredients

  • Ashwagandha root extract — 100 mg. An adaptogenic herb traditionally taken to support a sense of calm.*
  • Zinc — 11 mg (100% DV). Zinc helps support normal immune function.*
  • Vitamin C — 50 mg (56% DV). Works alongside zinc in the same daily routine.*
  • Beetroot powder — 50 mg. A plant-sourced addition rounding out the formula.

Made for

The moments people reach for it

Restless nights. A schedule with no gaps in it. Everyday tension. An active week that leaves your muscles asking for something. Staying focused. Days when motivation runs thin.*

How to take it

Two gummies, once a day

Chew two gummies daily, with or without food. Many people take theirs in the evening as part of winding down. One bottle holds 90 gummies — 45 servings, about six weeks.

Warnings: If you are pregnant or nursing, or have a known medical condition, consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Questions

Before you buy

Why does the bottle say 600 mg but the facts panel say 100 mg?

600 mg is the weight of the magnesium glycinate compound. 100 mg is the elemental magnesium you actually get per serving, from the glycinate and malate combined. Both numbers are honest — the second one is the one worth comparing.

Is it really sugar free?

The panel reads 0 g total sugars. Sweetness comes from sugar alcohols (4 g per serving), not sugar. Some people find larger amounts of sugar alcohols unsettle their stomach.

Can I take it with other supplements?

It already contains zinc and vitamin C, so check your other products to avoid doubling up. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your physician first.

Does the flavour change the formula?

No. Cherry, orange and pineapple share the same supplement facts panel — only the flavour differs.
